These terms govern your use of https://bytecrux-website.vercel.app. Client engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the signed agreement prevails.
Use of this website
You may browse this site and download or print pages for your own reference. You may not republish material from this site, sell or sub-licence it, or reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including copy, design, the ByteCrux name and logo, and the underlying code — is owned by ByteCrux unless stated otherwise. Third party trademarks referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
Client work and ownership
For client projects, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the relevant engagement agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks that we bring to a project remain ours, and the client receives a perpetual licence to use them as part of the delivered work.
Estimates and proposals
Timelines and costs published on this site are indicative. A binding figure is only ever provided in a written proposal following a discovery conversation, and remains valid for the period stated in that proposal.
No warranty on site content
Information on this site is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep it accurate, we make no warranty that it is complete or current, and it does not constitute technical, legal or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ByteCrux is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
