Work

Projects, and what actually changed

A case study is only useful if it says what the problem was and whether it got solved. Here is a representative selection of the kind of work we take on.

Web application

Field operations platform

Logistics · India

The problem

Dispatch ran on three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Nobody could say where a consignment was without making two phone calls.

What we did

A single operations dashboard with live vehicle status, role-based access for dispatchers and drivers, and an audit trail on every status change.

  • Next.js
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma
  • AWS

Outcome

  • Dispatch confirmation time cut from hours to minutes
  • One source of truth replacing three spreadsheets
  • Reporting that used to take a day now runs instantly

Mobile app

Member services app

Healthcare · UAE

The problem

Members had to call a helpline to book appointments and check claim status, creating long queues and high support cost.

What we did

A cross-platform React Native app with appointment booking, claim tracking, document upload and push notifications on status changes.

  • React Native
  • Expo
  • Firebase
  • Sentry

Outcome

  • Published to both the App Store and Play Store
  • Majority of routine queries handled without a call
  • Crash-free sessions consistently above 99.5%

UI/UX design

SaaS analytics redesign

B2B software · United Kingdom

The problem

A capable analytics product with a decade of accumulated interface debt. New users abandoned during onboarding.

What we did

Full audit, revised information architecture, a tokenised design system, and every screen redrawn including empty and error states.

  • Figma
  • Design tokens
  • Storybook

Outcome

  • Onboarding reduced from nine steps to four
  • A design system now shared by three product teams
  • WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across the core flows
